And, like I said, that's ok. No regrets, but new beginnings, new challenges and new adventures await.
For now, the writing is going nicely, I feel I'm doing a shadow Nanowrimo, which is kinda fun, as I've talked for years about doing the challenge. I won't make 50,000 words, but I'm on schedule to hit at least half of that, and for that, I gladly give thanks.
Wishing you and yours a very happy Thanksgiving, or happy Thursday.
As you do.

And to you.
And hooray for writing (and writers).
Just make everyday a happy day regardless ... so all the very best and here's to your writing - cheers Hilary
Sand cranes would be scrawly eating, and they are too beautiful.
I used to make pies and all sorts of other good stuff. Now we go to a family house.
Yes! Great word count! Happy Thursday to you, too. We had our big dinner yesterday, Saturday with our daughter and son in law and some friends. Can't say I'm not envious of you perhaps having Paella or something equally wonderful over there! Gladly trade a turkey for that!! LOL
