Ok. I have no idea where I'm going, but as of today, I'm back, I'm scared, excited and most importantly, I.....

Mark: I fully understand what you are saying. My dry-erase calendar got changed recently, The last month I updated it was in JANUARY.
I have been in a fog about my next steps as a writer. But then, I believe every writer goes through this phase.
In spite of the cheerful things I keep reporting on my blog, I've had a rough month too -- with STUFF I can't talk about. It has undermined my writing confidence, but like you, I'm trying to dive back in. :)
Its like the guy in Galaxy Quest says, Never give up, Never surrender! or Picard in Star Trek TNG "Make it so!"
Whatever you write is you at the time. It's a moment in time, and it moves on. No need to doubt, if it isn't quite right, tomorrow's another day.
Glad to hear it - sometimes a break is needed. Read something you've written and are proud of. It will inspire!

You keep on writing n'stuff, dude. In my case, I don't ever think of myself as a writer, No pressure on me at all. Just have fun, dude and yep, keep smiling, even through gritted teeth! :)
