But first!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the COVER REVEAL of: Butterman (Time) Travel, Inc.

For the blogfest theme, BOOK YOUR TIME TRIP TODAY, PK asks, “if you could walk into a time travel agency and book a time trip, where and when would it be, and why?”

Hmmm, I had to think about this, but in the end, I would have skipped the famous people/places to transport myself back to Fairfax, VA in January 1996.
I was twenty-six, a newly minted immigrant to America, having just flown in from England. Within a month, I’d be happily working for TGI Fridays down in Key West, but… if I had known that I could join the U.S. Marines with only my Green Card (I thought you had to be a citizen) I would have, without any hesitation, joined the ranks of the few and the proud…

When not creating characters and their worlds, PK can be found at her other job of rearranging passenger’s itineraries for a major international airline. The only hobbies she loves more than traveling, are reading, writing, and music, and when the four are combined she exists in total bliss.

Sorry you missed the opportunity to join the Marines. Really, citizenship not needed? Interesting.
Then again, would you have met your wife and now be living in Hawaii with three boys if you had joined?
Cover is awesome, PK!

It's always a tricky thing, changing time...

Hi, Mark. That would be an interesting time travel trip.

CONGRATS to Pk on her book cover reveal!

I'd have to go back to early America when people were settling the west. (Can you tell I grew up watching Little House on the Prairie? LOL)

I love the premise. Lovely cover, too!
Best of luck, PK. :)

Does the agency have a "highlights of world history" time travel tour? 'Cause I'd be all over that one! ;)

You don't need citizenship? Wow. That surprises me. But if it helps, I've always had a soft spot for TGIF. Okay, for marines too.

I gotta say, that's quite an epic cover PK :)

Beautiful cover. Congrats to Pk.

I'm surprised so many people don't know non-citizens can serve in our military. That's actually one way an immigrant can speed up the naturalization process (or it used to be, not sure of the current laws).

I didn't realise you were English until Yesterday when you made a comment on my poem. Great post, sorry you missed out on the Marines.

Wow you're dedicated, Mark. Impressive. If we could only go back and talks sense into our younger selves, right? But then maybe we wouldnt be as wise as we are now.

Besides, you ended up living in one of my fave places. I'm Hawaiian at heart. ;)

Thank you so much for participating!!

So I guess you would have got yourself a one way ticket :)

What an honorable trip! My trip is also into my past, but it isn't nearly as life-changing as yours would be.

Dude, a true patriot. Thanks for your support of America. I am pro-military, but not pro-war. There really is a difference.

Hey, Mark,

As Alex had pointed out. That would've altered your present life...

Going back in time to change OUR destiny certainly would be an intriguing thought. I know I certainly would've changed some of my choices. But then...

I would't have become the man I am today. I learned so much from these choices ,,, it was my journey ,,, my destiny ,,, which led me to this wonderful community!

What an interesting answer. I've often thought about choices I'd make if I could go back in time to my younger self. But then I also agree with Michael about our destinies. Such a fascinating thing to think about.

Very happy for Pk. I love this cover and the book sounds fantastic!

PK, what a great cover, and such a fun concept! I'm so going to add that to my wish list to pick up on that very cool release date!

And Mark, awesome that you wanted to be a Marine (although as an ex-Air Force girl, I just gotta say you would have had more fun as a flyboy!)

I fell in love with the movie "Midnight in Paris", so I'm thinking I would choose that time and place for time travel.

PK is rocking the blogosphere!
I love that cover!

I hadn't realized that about the release date. That is all kinds of brilliant!

Your trip into the past sounds like it would've been quite interesting. Then again, I'm kind of partial to the path you chose. We lucked into getting a great writer and blogging buddy!
